Looks like Finn has discovered someone sleeping in her territory. Normally she'd tear them limb from limb, but there's something different about this one....

This is a scene from Sirenth, yet another story of mine with alot of characters but no real plot as of now. Thane (the elf pictured here) is probably the most developed so far, though that's not saying much. His past is all worked out and I've got a good idea of his current situation, which is more than I can say for most of the other characters.

This has been sitting in my sketchbook for a few months and I picked at it every once in a while but didn't think it finished enough until recently. Finn is a bit out of scale, she should be bigger, but paper space was limited and I haven't quite mastered actually drawing with the tablet yet. For the grass, originally I had painted every single blade separately, but in the end it looked pretty crappy, so I chose one part that I liked, duplicated it a few times, then messed with the size and rearranged it. It's kind of cheating, but it looks alot better than when I had done all of it by hand. This was a big project for me, and any tips on how it could be better are appreciated
